Product Overview
As a key component in liquid cooling systems, the EXTRCOOL Rack Manifold (part of the AICoolit Series) is specifically designed to link the main circuit between the liquid cooling source CDU (Cooling Distribution Unit) and cold plates. It features excellent corrosion resistance, high structural strength, and easy processability, making it widely suitable for both military and civilian applications.
Two configurations are available to meet diverse usage requirements: single-pipe and double-row pipe. The single-pipe version is primarily equipped with quick-connect fittings, while the double-row pipe adopts a blind-connect design that requires welding. The positional accuracy of the two pipes reaches ±0.15mm, meeting ultra-precision manufacturing standards.
Its high-quality material and precise manufacturing ensure stable and reliable performance across various liquid cooling systems. The availability of multiple connection options, combined with strict quality control procedures—including MES control system monitoring and dual gas-liquid pressure tests—greatly enhances its applicability and dependability.
