Air & Liquid
CDU Solution
Designed for traditional air-cooled computer rooms, this solution allows the deployment of AI/GPU servers without any modifications to the existing infrastructure. Eliminating the need for complex external cold source pipelines, it integrates core components such as built-in circulation pumps, fans, and heat exchangers to form an independent cooling system. The Air & Liquid CDU features a heat dissipation power of 13kW, and when combined with the door cabinet heat dissipation, delivers a total cooling capacity of 30kW. It effectively resolves the heat dissipation challenges of traditional computer rooms with computing demands that adopt liquid cooling servers.

Highly integrated chip-level liquid cooling system for small data center renovation
CDU
- Integrates circulation pumps, fans, heat exchangers, and other core parts to provide an independent air-liquid collaborative cooling system for IT equipment.
- Coolant absorbs heat from the equipment and is cooled by the heat exchanger through air cooling before recirculating, ensuring high-efficiency heat dissipation.
- Suitable for computer room upgrades, laboratories, and other scenarios. Features flexible deployment and convenient operation & maintenance.
Liquid-Cooled Door
- Cabinet-Level Air-Liquid Conversion: Upgrade the liquid-cooled door to the main heat exchanger of the Air-Liquid CDU, directly utilizing the cold air in the computer room for coolant circulation, achieving full heat capture of 30kW per cabinet.
- Passive Air-liquid Heat Exchange: As the heat exchange terminal of the CDU, it passively uses the air flow in the computer room for cooling, enabling near-zero energy consumption free cooling, significantly reducing PUE and noise.
- Integrated Thermal Management: As the end heat exchanger of the CDU, it achieves zero heat leakage in the cabinet, supports mixed deployment of air-cooled and liquid-cooled servers, and is compatible with GPU server upgrades in existing computer rooms.
Manifold
- Core Function: Connects the CDU to server cold plates, distributes low-temperature coolant, and collects high-temperature coolant.
- Key Role: Balances flow to prevent local overheating, supports hot-swapping to reduce operation and maintenance costs.
- System Value: Adapts to liquid cooling requirements of various power ratings and architectures, helps optimize cabinet PUE, and improves heat dissipation reliability.

Four-Step Closed Loop
Chip-level high-efficiency liquid cooling heat dissipation process
Coolant Preparation & Delivery
The CDU (Coolant Distribution Unit) cools the coolant to the set temperature (typically 20-30°C) via its internal heat exchanger. Powered by the water pump, the low-temperature coolant is delivered to each server through dedicated pipelines.
Direct Heat Absorption from Chips
The low-temperature coolant flows into the cold plates inside the servers, conducts efficient heat exchange with high-power chips, rapidly absorbs the heat from the chips, and the temperature of the coolant rises.
Hot Coolant Return
The high-temperature coolant carrying heat flows back through the return pipelines, re-enters the heat exchange area of the CDU, and undergoes cooling treatment.
Coolant Cooling Cycle
The CDU uses a plate heat exchanger to rapidly cool the returned high-temperature coolant, restoring it to the set temperature. The coolant is then pumped back to the servers again, completing the entire heat dissipation closed loop.

Solution Summary
This solution is a highly integrated chip-level liquid cooling system. Its core value lies in perfectly combining the exceptional heat dissipation efficiency of liquid cooling with the excellent compatibility of air-cooled data centers, via the key carrier of a "liquid-to-air" rear door.
For scenarios requiring an upgrade to ultra-high-density servers, yet constrained by existing air-cooled infrastructure, it represents the optimal retrofitting path that delivers both economic efficiency and practicality.
